Obligations of Distributor

As a registered Distributor of NETY Direct Selling Private Limited, you agree to strictly abide by the following obligations to maintain transparency, fairness, and compliance:

1. Professional Conduct
  • Always carry your Distributor Identity Card and approach customers only with prior appointment/consent.
  • Clearly identify yourself, the company (NETY Direct Selling Private Limited), and the purpose of your visit before initiating any sales discussion.
  • Avoid any misleading, false, or exaggerated claims about the products, services, or business opportunity.
2. Customer Interaction
  • Provide accurate and complete details of the products/services, including price, payment terms, warranty, return and refund policy, and after-sales support.
  • Issue proper receipts/invoices with order date, amount paid, and delivery details.
  • Inform customers clearly about their right to return products (as per the company’s 30-Day Buy Back Policy) and refund conditions.
  • Never pressurize or mislead customers into making purchases.
3. Sales and Business Practices
  • Maintain proper records/books of accounts of all transactions as required by law.
  • Do not encourage bulk or unreasonably large purchases beyond what can be consumed or resold by customers.
  • Avoid any unfair recruiting practices or misrepresentation of income potential.
  • Do not compare, criticize, or denigrate other companies, products, or distributors.
  • Never charge or collect any unauthorized fee, subscription, or payment from prospects or existing distributors.
4. Compliance and Legal Responsibilities
  • Submit valid KYC documents (PAN, Address, Identity proof) within 30 days of registration.
  • Ensure timely compliance with applicable tax laws (Income Tax, GST, etc.) on all commissions/incentives earned.
  • Understand that TDS will be deducted by the company before payout of commissions.
  • Operate as an independent entrepreneur, not as an employee of the company.
5. Ethical Standards
  • Use only official company-approved literature, training material, and communication.
  • Do not provide unauthorized or unverifiable product, service, or earning claims.
  • Respect consumer rights under the Consumer Protection Act and related laws.
  • Protect the privacy and personal information of consumers and fellow distributors.
6. Restriction on Conduct
  • Do not create cross-line networks or engage in unfair practices to disturb the company’s sales structure.
  • Do not engage in fraud, coercion, harassment, or unlawful activities in connection with sales or recruitment.
  • Refrain from providing benefits or inducements for recruitment of new distributors.

Obligations of Company towards Distributor

NETY Direct Selling Private Limited is fully committed to supporting and safeguarding the interests of all its registered Distributors. The Company agrees to:

1. Transparency & Training
  • Provide a mandatory orientation session (online/classroom) covering business model, policies, and earning opportunities in a fair and transparent manner.
  • Maintain and update the official website with accurate information on company profile, management, products, product certifications, prices, compensation plan, and policies.
2. Record Keeping & Compliance
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of Distributors, including verified KYC (PAN, ID proof, Address proof).
  • Maintain proper records of all contracts, transactions, and Distributor status (enrollment, termination, activity, earnings, etc.).
  • Maintain a Distributor Register and ensure compliance with applicable laws and government guidelines.
3. Fair Business Practices
  • Ensure no Distributor is compelled to purchase excessive goods or services beyond what can be reasonably consumed or sold.
  • Not require or encourage any Distributor to pay entry fees, renewal charges, or purchase sales/demo material as a condition for participation.
  • Not engage in misleading, deceptive, or unfair recruiting or sales practices.
4. Distributor Support
  • Provide Distributors with periodic statements of sales, earnings, commissions, bonuses, and other relevant data.
  • Release all financial dues in a timely and transparent manner, with statutory deductions such as TDS.
  • Provide a responsive complaint redressal mechanism to address Distributor grievances fairly and within a reasonable timeframe.
5. Tax & Regulatory Compliance
  • Monitor Distributor purchase values and notify Distributors regarding applicable tax obligations (e.g., GST/VAT) once thresholds are crossed.
  • Deduct and deposit applicable statutory taxes (e.g., TDS) as per law and provide necessary compliance documents.

Obligations of Company towards Consumers

NETY Direct Selling Private Limited ensures full compliance with consumer protection laws and guarantees fair treatment of all consumers. The Company agrees to:

1. Transparency at Purchase
  • Provide consumers with invoices/bills containing seller details, purchaser details, delivery date, and price (including all taxes).
  • Clearly communicate return, refund, replacement, and warranty policies before purchase.
  • Display MRP visibly on all product packaging.
2. Consumer Rights & Protection
  • Offer a 30-Day Buy Back Policy (from the date of invoice) for return/refund of products in saleable condition.
  • Protect consumer data and ensure privacy of personal information shared during transactions.
  • Ensure no expired, defective, or substandard products are supplied.
3. Complaint Redressal
  • Maintain a transparent grievance redressal mechanism for consumers through email, phone, and official website.
  • Address all consumer complaints fairly, professionally, and within the timelines prescribed under applicable law.
4. Ethical Marketing
  • Ensure no Distributor makes unauthorized product claims or misrepresents the earning potential of the business opportunity.
  • Ensure all product information, promotional material, and policies provided to consumers are accurate, complete, and officially approved.
