Returns & Refund Policy

At Nety Direct Selling Private Limited, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We follow a fair and transparent return, exchange, and refund policy as outlined below:

1. Eligibility for Returns
  • Products can be returned within 30 days of purchase.
  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (invoice/receipt) is required for processing returns.
2. Process for Returns
  • Contact our support team at support@nety.co.in with your order details and reason for return.
  • Once approved, ship the product back to our designated return address.
  • Please note: Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer, unless the product is defective or incorrect.
3. Refunds
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.
  • Customers will be notified via email/SMS once the refund has been initiated.
4. Non-Refundable Items
  • Products purchased during special promotions or clearance sales.
  • Opened or used items, unless they are defective.
  • Personalized or customized products.
5. Exchanges
  • We offer free exchanges for defective or damaged products.
  • Customers must notify us within 7 days of delivery.
  • Replacement products will be shipped within 3 working days after receiving the defective item.

Shipping Policy

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
  • Standard delivery takes 5–7 business days, depending on your location.
2. Shipping Charges
  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be clearly mentioned on the product page before checkout.
  • Free shipping may be offered on select products or during promotions.
3. Tracking Orders
  • Once dispatched, customers will receive a tracking number via email or SMS to monitor delivery status.
4. Delivery Partners
  • We partner with reliable and reputed courier services to ensure timely and secure deliveries.
5. Undelivered Packages
  • If delivery fails due to incorrect address or unavailability of the recipient, the package will be returned to us.
  • Customers may request re-shipping by paying the applicable re-delivery charges.
6. Damaged Shipments
  • Customers are advised to inspect the package at the time of delivery.
  • In case of damage, notify us within 48 hours at support@nety.co.in with pictures of the damaged item.
