Acceptance of your application as an Independent Distributor (referred to as "Distributor") is at the sole discretion of the Company.
Upon acceptance, you will receive a unique identification number, making you eligible for incentives such as commissions, bonuses, and rewards, as outlined in the Company's business plan.
A Distributor is an independent contractor and not an agent, employee, or partner of the Company.
There is no guaranteed or fixed income. All earnings, commissions, and rewards depend on the sales volume generated by the Distributor and their team.
The Company reserves the right to amend the pay plan and its components at any time without prior notice.
Comply with all applicable laws, policies, and the Company's rules and procedures.
Promote and sell the Company's products only within India and as per the guidelines provided.
Avoid making false claims about income, high incentives, or business opportunities.
Distributors must not use retail outlets or online marketplaces without prior approval from the Company.
Products must be purchased at Distributor prices and sold to customers at the Maximum Retail Price (MRP).
All applicable taxes, including GST, are the Distributor's responsibility
The Company reserves the right to terminate a Distributor for non-compliance with these terms and conditions.
A terminated Distributor may reapply after six months.
Distributors must obtain prior approval from the Company before using any advertisements or promotional materials.
Recruiting new Distributors through unauthorized media is prohibited.
The Company reserves the right to modify these terms, the business plan, and policies at any time without prior notice.
Any disputes arising from this agreement will be resolved through arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
The venue for arbitration will be Ahmedabad, Gujarat, and courts in Ahmedabad will have exclusive jurisdiction.
The Company makes no guarantees regarding income or earning potential. All claims should be independently verified.
