3. Distributor Agreement
- Acceptance of your application as an Independent Distributor (“Distributor”) is at the sole discretion of the Company.
- Upon approval, you will receive a unique Distributor ID for business activities.
- Distributors are independent contractors, not agents, employees, or partners of the Company.
4. Business Model & Earnings
- Earnings are based solely on the sale of products and team performance.
- There is no guarantee of income or fixed returns. Actual earnings vary depending on effort, sales, and market conditions.
- The Company may amend the compensation plan at its discretion, with prior notification.
5. Distributor Responsibilities
- Follow all applicable laws, rules, and Company policies.
- Promote and sell products only as per guidelines, and within India.
- Do not make false income or product claims.
- Retail sales via third-party marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart) require written approval from the Company.
6. Products & Pricing
- Products must be sold at or below the Maximum Retail Price (MRP).
- Applicable taxes (e.g., GST) are included in product pricing and invoicing.
7. Returns, Refunds & Customer Rights
- All sales and purchases are covered under our Returns & Refund Policy (available on the website).
- Customers are entitled to return products as per the conditions outlined in that policy.
8. Termination & Renewal
- The Company may suspend or terminate a Distributor for violation of these Terms.
- A terminated Distributor may reapply after six months.
9. Advertising & Promotion
- All promotional materials must be approved by the Company before use.
- Misleading claims, unauthorized advertisements, or false promises are strictly prohibited.
10. Amendments
- The Company reserves the right to update these Terms, the business plan, or policies at any time.
- Updates will be posted on the website and considered binding.
11. Dispute Resolution
- Disputes will be resolved through arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
- The venue of arbitration will be Ahmedabad, Gujarat, and courts in Ahmedabad will have exclusive jurisdiction.
12. Limitation of Liability
- The Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of its services.
- The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free website operation.
13. Force Majeure
- The Company shall not be held responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, or internet outages.
14. Governing Law
- This agreement is governed by the laws of India.
